These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brightknightlights.com (the "Site") and any estimate request you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Bright Knight Christmas Lights ("Bright Knight," "we," "us," or "our") offers custom Christmas light design, installation, season maintenance, takedown, and storage in the Greater Houston, Texas area. Descriptions of our services on the Site are general. The specific scope, materials, price, and schedule for your home are set out in the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement we provide to you, which controls if it differs from anything on the Site.
Requesting an estimate does not create a contract or obligate you or us to proceed. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after we assess your property. Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and weather.
Promotional offers, including early-bird discounts, are available for a limited time, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and apply only as described in your written estimate or agreement. Offers have no cash value and cannot be combined unless we say so in writing. Pricing displayed on the Site is not a binding quote.
Photographs and examples on the Site illustrate the style and caliber of lighting we design and are not a guarantee of any specific result. Your final design depends on your home's layout, materials, and the plan we agree on.
By submitting a form or providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request and our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes submitting false or misleading information, using automated tools to submit forms or scrape content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Liability for services is governed by your written service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Knight from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
